Terms and Conditions

All placed orders are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1 - Prices
1.1 Prices for public sale are in EURO and USD and include TVA (France) included. For the invoices issued outside the European (Export), the recipient must pay directly taxes applicable in the destination country.
1.2 Partners prices (Federation, FITA, Resellers) include TVA extra. The invoices issued under the territory European will be subject to TVA in France. The invoices issued outside the European (Export) will not be subject to TVA French and the recipient must pay directly taxes applicable in the destination country.
1.3 The products remain the property of ArcheryShop until the full price has been paid. In case of non payment of the order, for whichever reason, ArcheryShop is entitled to re-claim the goods.

2 - Delivery
2.1 ArcheryShop commits to sending the goods immediately upon reception of the order. Order received before 2pm shall be shipped the same day. Orders received after 2pm shall be deemed to have been received the following day.
2.2 ArcheryShop commits to informing the customer of any possible delivery delay.
2.3 The products will be delivered to the address indicated under " delivery address " in the order form.

3 - Selection of Carrier and Freight information
3.1 The selected carrier is Fedex. Please check the attached list for shipping rates. (link). Deliveries can be expected within 6 business days of order. (Except Russia and Iceland 8 days)
3.2 Air freight charges are determined not only by the actual weight of the contents but the dimensional weight of the package. The dimensional weight is calculated on the dimensions of the carton (length x width x height). Shipments may have numerous cartons.

4 - Payment
4.1 The customer may pay on-line by means of a Visa Credit Card or MasterCard through a secured payment system. The Credit Card data are secured, encrypted and transmitted to DATATRANS without ArcheryShop or any third party being able to access this secured data.
4.2 The total of the order is debited on the client's account at the moment of shipment of the order.

5 - Shipping outside of the European Union
5.1 For the shipping of goods outside of the European Union, customs duties may be imposed. These shall vary depending on the quantities and types of goods purchased as well as the country being shipped to, but shall in any case be borne entirely by the Buyer.
5.2 PGSA will prepare export documents such as commercial invoices, air waybills, export declarations and certificates of origin (if needed).

6 - Returns
6.1 The Buyer will have the right to return non-satisfactory or non-required (not ordered) goods, with any resulting cost paid by Supplier.
6.2 Returns for convenience shall be at the Buyer's cost. The Seller shall reimburse the Buyer for the returned goods provided they are still in brand new conditions.

8 - PriTVAe data
8.1 ArcheryShop commits to not disclosing to third parties any information/data submitted by the customer. They are treated confidentially and will only be used for the order process and to enhance and personalise assistance of ArcheryShop in favour of the customer. All data shall be processed in accordance with the applicable data privacy laws.
